About

Local Medicare help, under one roof

US Senior Insurance is the home of a network of city senior insurance sites. Each one focuses on the Medicare plans, doctors and hospitals in its own market. This site ties them together and publishes guides anyone can use.

Why local

Medicare is national. Plans are local.

Original Medicare works the same everywhere, but Medicare Advantage and Part D plans are approved county by county. The plan list in Dallas County looks nothing like the one in Johnson County, Kansas, and the hospital networks behind them differ even more.

That is why each city in our network has its own site. Local pages can go deep on which hospitals sit in which networks, which counties have which plans, and where to get free help close to home.

How we work

What to expect from us

  • Plain-English guides

We write about Medicare the way you would explain it to a friend, and we update the numbers every year.
  • Licensed agents

Plan quotes and enrollment come from licensed insurance agents. They compare plans based on your doctors, drugs and budget.
  • No cost to you

Agents are paid by insurance companies when someone enrolls. Your review is free, and you never have to switch.
